Coterie Amphorae Company Limited (company number 14333224), trading as Jera, provides asset-backed lending secured against fine wine to corporate borrowers, to individuals for business purposes where the credit exceeds £25,000 and to certified high-net-worth individuals where the credit exceeds the relevant threshold. Accordingly, the lending is not a regulated activity under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and Jera is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
