Amphorae offers customers a global service. We host our platform on Amazon Web Services ('AWS'). We currently maintain our server within the UK. Amphorae employees based outside of the UK may access your data which is hosted in the UK. This means that we may share your data outside the UK. The download and storing of your data is restricted in those cases.

Whenever in the course of sharing information, we will ensure that the information is transferred in accordance with this privacy policy and as permitted by the applicable laws on data protection.

6. DATA RETENTION

We will only retain your personal data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements.
